Overview

The Overview page is what Logistified opens to when you click the app. It’s the launchpad for your day: a quick look at your saved Forecast Views, your open Purchase Orders, your inventory KPIs, and recent sales and seasonality patterns.

The four tabs

Logistified’s Overview page has exactly four tabs across the top:

Overview The home tab — onboarding checklist, your saved Forecast Views, and your active Purchase Orders.

KPIs Seven headline inventory KPIs, an Inventory Health Status card, and the ABC + SKU Revenue charts.

Timelines The past 30 days of daily orders, sales, units sold, and inventory movement.

Seasonal Analysis Shop-wide seasonality — orders and units by weekday and by month, compared year-over-year.

There is no “Forecast widget”, no “Data quality tile”, no separate “Purchase orders tile”, and no general “drill-down” system on the Overview page. The KPIs tab includes both the data-quality card (under “Inventory Health Status”) and the ABC chart, which is the one place you can click through to a pre-filtered Forecast view.

The home tab

This page covers the home tab — what you land on when you click the “Overview” tab. The KPIs, Timelines, and Seasonal Analysis tabs have their own pages.

The home tab adapts to where you are in onboarding.

When you’re still setting things up

A two-column layout:

Left — Getting Started. A checklist of four essential todos (wait for the initial data import, create your first Forecast View, create your first Supplier, create your first Purchase Order) and two optional todos (configure your dashboard view filter, set up daily inventory notifications). Each item with a link button takes you straight to where to do it.
Left — Need Help? Contact Us. Links to schedule a free call, copy the support email ([email protected]), or open the help menu.
Right — Forecast Views. Your saved views with three tabs: Starred, Autogenerated, All. Each row links to that view at /app/forecast/{viewId}. If you have fewer than three, the empty space turns into a “Create more views” button.
Right — Purchase Orders. Your active POs with six status tabs: All, Draft, Sent, Confirmed, In Progress, Received. “Confirmed” also lists partially-confirmed POs; “Received” also lists partially-received POs. Click any row to open the PO detail page. If the filter is empty, you get a “Create Order” button.
Right — Product Feedback. A small card to send feedback directly to the product team.

When you’ve completed onboarding

The checklist disappears and the Forecast Views and Purchase Orders cards move side-by-side at the top. Below them you’ll see a small “All done!” card, the Contact Us card, and the Product Feedback card.

Customising

Two settings shape what you see on this page:

Settings → Dashboard. Pick a Forecast View to filter the data the KPIs, Timelines, and Seasonal Analysis tabs work from. Choose “No filter (show all data)” to include every variant. Changing this resets the calculation progress while the new view’s data is computed.
Settings → ABC Analysis. The lookback period (in days) used to classify variants into A, B, and C tiers. This affects the ABC chart on the KPIs tab and the ABC column on the Forecast page. It does not change the headline KPI numbers — those use a fixed 30-day window.
