This page lists notable new features and improvements to Logistified, newest first. Follow the links for the full documentation of each feature.

August 2026

Stock adjustments. Add or remove stock with a reason and an operator name, without counting a whole location. Every adjustment is saved as a document and can be reverted with one click. See Stock adjustments.
Configurable line-item columns on supply orders. Purchase orders, transfer orders, return orders, and supplier stock releases now have saveable column views, including retail price, costs, margin, markup, and gross profit. Margin columns state which cost basis they use. See Line-item column views.
Edit retail and compare-at prices inline. Change a variant’s price directly from a purchase order line or a report row, and Logistified writes it back to Shopify. See Editing retail prices.
Margins in Reporting. Reports now offer margin, markup, and gross profit columns, each labelled with the cost basis behind the number, plus a new Purchase order items report. See Margins and cost basis.
Tax-exclusive margins. If your retail prices include VAT, GST, or sales tax, a new setting under Settings → Tax rates calculates margin, markup, and gross profit from tax-exclusive prices. Affected columns are labelled “excl. tax”. See Tax rates.
Taxes can count toward paid status. An optional purchase order setting includes recorded payment taxes and fees when deciding whether an order is fully paid. See Payments.
Landed-cost allocation by value. Shipping and other included charges can now spread proportionally to each line’s goods value instead of evenly per received unit. See Purchase order settings.
Inventory value at cost on the dashboard. The “Avg. Inventory Value” KPI now values stock at unit cost by default. A new Settings → Dashboard option switches it back to retail. See the KPI reference.
More reliable report schedules. Monthly schedules now fire on the day you choose with a new day-of-month picker, bi-weekly schedules fire every two weeks, and a missed run re-arms itself. See Cadence and time.
Full timezone list for scheduled reports. The schedule timezone picker now offers every named timezone instead of a short list.
Quarterly report schedules retired. Quarterly never actually sent due to a scheduling bug, so the option was removed. If a report of yours was set to Quarterly, open it and pick another frequency. See Cadence and time.
Stock takes show counted items with no difference. A counted line whose quantity matched gets its own indicator dot, and the filter is now labelled “Counted”. See Stock takes.
Vendor connections refresh nightly. Connected vendors re-sync their product variants every night, so new products are added and removed ones cleaned up without pressing Resync. See Vendor and collection groups.
REST API purchase-order writes. Create, edit, and manage purchase orders programmatically. See the REST API overview.
Label Checker updates. Scan any barcode to look up an item, sign in with just a PIN, and set a shop timezone so scan statistics follow your local day. See Item look-up.
Faster receiving. The receive dialog gained search and sortable columns, a scanned item jumps highlighted to the top, and with the scan box empty Enter adds one more unit of the last item while Backspace removes one. See Receiving.
Deep search on purchase orders. Search can now look inside product details, documents, shipping and tracking data, and payment records.
Smarter Stocky purchase-order import. Rows without a SKU are matched by their Shopify ID, and unmatched rows can be imported as custom line items instead of being dropped.
Create from Min/Max across all locations. An optional global scope counts stock you already own or have inbound at any location, for purchase orders and transfer orders alike.

July 2026

Reporting launched. Build interactive reports on sales, stock on hand, ABC analysis, and more, with grouping, drill-down, saved views, scorecards, and CSV/XLSX export. See the Reporting overview.
Shopify POS workflows. Receive transfer orders and purchase orders and count stock takes directly on Shopify POS, with barcode and camera scanning.
Xero accounting integration. Connect Xero and push purchase order bills across automatically, including supplier and tax rate mapping. See the Accounting overview.
Printing Studio. A new label printing workspace: open a print run, scan or pick items, set copies per item, and generate the file. Generated files stay on the run for later download. See Label printing.
Redesigned app. Every list now shares the same toolbar with search, filters, and bulk selection, and the dashboard and setup guide were reworked.
Additional costs and discounts. A purchase order can carry several additional costs and discounts at once, each a fixed amount or a percentage with its own currency and tax rate. See Additional costs.
Several shipments per purchase order. Split deliveries no longer need separate orders. Each line item is allocated to the shipment it travels in. See Receiving.
Better forecasts for irregular sellers. Items that sell in bursts now use models built for intermittent demand, and new controls cap safety stock and handle outliers. See Forecast models.
Bundles.app integration. Bundle sales feed component demand into the forecast, and purchase orders can be split into a bundle’s components. See Integrations.
Custom document numbering. Set your own prefix and number format for purchase orders, transfer orders, and return orders.
Email any report on a schedule. A new email-report type sends a saved Reporting view as a CSV attachment on the cadence you choose. See Report types.
Default email recipients per supplier. Save To and CC recipients on each supplier for pre-filled purchase-order emails. Transfer-order emails accept multiple recipients too.
Stocky imports keep receiving status. Purchase orders imported from Stocky land as Received or Partially Received to match their delivery state, with received quantities pre-filled.

June 2026

Multi-store order sync. Mirror a connected store’s orders into your main store so every store’s sales feed one shared forecast, with historical backfill and a sync log. See Multi-store.
Connect AI assistants. Give Claude, ChatGPT, or any compatible AI client secure access to read your data and operate purchase orders, transfer orders, stock takes, and returns on your behalf. See the LLM / Agent Access overview.
REST API in beta. Read purchase orders, transfer orders, and stock takes over HTTP with an API key. See the REST API overview.
Order exclusion rules. Choose which orders count toward your forecast, filtering out test, provisional, or unpaid orders. Nothing is deleted, the orders simply stop feeding demand. See Order exclusion.
New ways to create transfer orders. Create a transfer order from your forecast, from sales over a period, or from selected sales orders. See Creating transfer orders.
Sync Shopify costs to supplier costs. Update supplier variant costs from Shopify’s current unit cost in one bulk action, with currency conversion where needed.
Bulk export for transfer orders and stock takes. Export a selection straight from the list, one row per line item or per order, with configurable templates.
Reopen cancelled purchase orders. Cancelling is no longer final. A cancelled order can be reopened to the status it was cancelled from, with line items and incoming quantities restored.
Match vendors to suppliers on import. The Stocky supplier import can fill suppliers with variants by matching your Shopify vendors by name, without a second file. See Importing suppliers.
More accurate reorder quantities. Target days of supply no longer over-orders when you already hold stock, and incoming quantities come from the same tracking the orders themselves use.
Label Checker session upgrades. Sessions can be created without an expiry, built from a saved view or started empty, and hold far larger item lists.

May 2026

Supplier stock releases. A new supply order type for stock a supplier holds on your behalf: create a release, send it, and receive the units into your own locations. See the Supplier stock releases overview.
Cloud Platform beta with Label Checker. Turn any device with a camera into a label-checking station: create a session, share the link, and scan labels against your catalog. See the Cloud Platform overview.
Merge purchase orders. Combine several orders for the same supplier and location into one, with matching items added together instead of duplicated.
Purchase orders from Shopify orders. Pick Shopify orders and build purchase orders from what customers bought, with quantities spread across suppliers for you. See Creating purchase orders.
Rebuilt file imports. Every CSV and XLSX upload now uses one flow with column mapping, saved import templates, and downloadable sample files. See the import guide.
Label printing on purchase orders. Print product labels straight from an order, in simple mode or with your own designed template. See Label printing.
Automatic cost updates on completion. When a purchase order completes, Logistified can push the new unit costs to Shopify and to your supplier prices. See Purchase order settings.
Sales figures on order lines. Purchase order line items show recent sales and stock for each item over the last 30, 60, and 90 days, so you can judge quantities without leaving the order.
Fix incoming quantity drift. A new tool compares the incoming quantities Shopify shows against your open purchase and transfer orders and corrects the difference. See Incoming reconciliation.
Barcode scanning for stock takes. Scan items into a stock take with a scanner or your camera. See Stock takes.
Documentation site. This documentation site went live, covering every feature with guides and a glossary.

April 2026

Return orders. Send stock back to a supplier with a return order that has its own numbering, status flow, and activity log, started from scratch or from a Shopify order. See the Return orders overview.
Supplier credits. A return can issue a credit against the supplier, Logistified keeps a running balance, and credits can be applied to purchase orders. See Supplier credits.
Orders view in supply orders. A new view lists your Shopify orders and shows which purchase orders and returns are linked to each one, and lets you start either directly.
Custom items on purchase orders. Order items that do not exist in your Shopify catalog, and convert them into real products later without losing the order history. See Adding line items.
Split purchase orders by quantity. Orders can now be split by quantity, not only by supplier or component.
Nightly data checks. Products, orders, and inventory levels are compared against Shopify every night and corrected when they drift apart.
Label preview and label export. A test print tab previews the exact label layout, and label data can be exported as CSV or XLSX instead of printing. See Label printing.

March 2026

Stock takes. Count inventory against a saved view or a hand-picked list, upload counts from a spreadsheet, print count sheets, and push corrections back to Shopify. See Stock takes.
Payments and notes on purchase orders. Record payments in any currency, see what is outstanding, and keep a conversation thread on each order. See Payments.
Purchase order constraints and optimizer. Set ordering rules such as container fill, budget ceilings, and minimum order values, and let the optimizer adjust quantities to fit them. See the Optimizer.
Landed cost and exchange rates. Spread shipping, duties, and other charges across received units so each line shows its true landed cost, and fix the exchange rate per supplier. See Additional costs.
Create orders from a spreadsheet. Build a purchase order or transfer order by uploading a CSV or XLSX file of SKUs and quantities. See the import guide.
Stocky imports. Import purchase orders, suppliers, and min/max values from Stocky CSV exports. See Importing suppliers.
Undo receiving and reopen orders. Reverse a receipt and the inventory goes back the way it came, and completed orders can be reopened.
Reorder numbers explained. New forecast columns for reorder points and sales performance, and hovering a reorder number shows how it was calculated. See the column reference.
Custom product data fields. Define your own product and variant fields and use them across purchase orders and product settings. See Data modeling.

February 2026

Transfer orders. Move stock between locations with a full flow from draft through sent, received, and completed, updating inventory at both ends. See the Transfer orders overview.
Min and max restocking. Set a reorder point and target level per variant, upload them in bulk, and turn everything below its reorder point into a purchase order in one step.
Create a purchase order from a forecast view. Turn a view straight into an order, setting supplier, location, and terms as you go. The order stays linked to its view. See Create from forecast.
Vendors as suppliers. Import Shopify vendors as suppliers in one step, or connect vendors to an existing supplier so their products become supplier items automatically. See Vendor and collection groups.
Supply timeline in the forecast. A new display mode shows projected stock over weeks, months, or quarters, colour coded so shortages stand out. See the view table.
Growth amplifiers. Raise or lower forecast demand for a chosen period so promotions and seasonal peaks flow into your reorder numbers. See Growth amplifiers.
Write purchase order data to Shopify. Fill product tags and metafields from order line items, such as ordered quantity or expected delivery date. See Side effects.
Incoming stock shown in Shopify. Purchase order quantities can be pushed to Shopify as incoming inventory and stay in step through every status. See Incoming reconciliation.
Add line items by scan or file. Add items to a purchase order by scanning barcodes or uploading a file of SKUs and quantities.
Tax rates. Keep your own list of sales, purchase, and shipping tax rates and apply them to suppliers and purchase orders. See Tax rates.

January 2026

Email purchase orders to suppliers. Send an order by email with the PDF, CSV, or XLSX attached, and see per order whether the message was delivered or bounced. See Sending.
Purchase order page rebuilt. The detail page moved to tabs with a progress bar, and each order now carries its own supplier, billing, and delivery addresses plus a shipping carrier.
Documents and tags on purchase orders. Upload invoices or delivery notes straight to an order and tag them. See Documents.
Barcode scanning when receiving. Scan barcodes or type SKUs to fill in received quantities instead of editing every line by hand. See Receiving.
Label printing. Print product labels for a purchase order with presets for common DYMO and Zebra sizes or your own measurements. See Label printing.
Connect additional stores. A new multi-store settings page connects other Shopify stores and maps their locations onto yours. See Multi-store.
Import orders from other channels. Upload orders from Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or your own records as CSV or XLSX so they count toward the forecast. See Data import.
Exclude products from your data. Keep products with certain tags out of forecasting entirely. See Data exclusion.
Email and export templates. Save reusable email templates and choose which columns land in exported files and on the PDF. See Export templates.
Recalculate order quantities. Refresh the quantities on an existing purchase order against a forecast view, with a preview of every change before you apply it.

December 2025

Bulk supplier cost import and export. Download every variant linked to a supplier as a spreadsheet, edit costs, lead times, and more, then upload to apply the changes in one go. See Supplier variant mapping.
Location-aware forecast quantities. With a location filter set, stock on hand and incoming quantities now count only that location. See Locations.
Edit delivery dates later. Requested and expected delivery dates can be changed while an order is in progress or partially received.
Faster Overview dashboard. The dashboard loads from a snapshot prepared in the background, so it opens quickly and shows consistent numbers.

November 2025

Correct currency on every amount. Prices and costs now show the currency they were entered in across the forecast, purchase orders, supplier pages, and PDFs.
Safer automatic forecast models. Trend and seasonal models are only picked when a variant has enough steady history. Erratic sellers fall back to simpler models. See Forecast models.
Raw materials on purchase orders. Shops connected to Assemblified can order raw materials alongside Shopify variants, with stock flowing back to the connected inventory.

October 2025

Scheduled report emails. Build a report once and have it emailed on a schedule: stock alerts, purchase orders, or a saved forecast view, at the frequency and time you choose. See the Reports overview.
Stock alert notifications. Get an email when an item runs out of stock, drops below a threshold, or nears its reorder point. See Notifications.
Guided setup. Installing now walks you through a short setup, and a progress page shows each sync step live. See the onboarding wizard.
Essential and Enhanced plans. Two plans with a 14-day trial. Advanced forecast models and email alerts are part of Enhanced. See Subscription plans.

September 2025

New forecast model library. Forecasting now runs on eleven demand models covering flat sellers, trends, seasonality, and mixed patterns, fitted to your own sales history. See Forecast models.
Automatic model selection. Logistified scores every model against your history and picks the best fit per variant, refreshing in the background as new sales come in. See Automatic model optimization.
New variant detail page. Each variant has its own page with stock health, sales history and forecast charts, model rankings, and related purchase orders. See Variant detail.
Rebuilt views and filters. Views moved into their own section with a live preview and a guided wizard covering filters, columns, locations, lead time, and safety stock. See Views and filters.
Smarter reorder suggestions. Reorder point and quantity now factor in lead time, safety stock, minimum order quantity, pack size, and out-of-stock periods, with a breakdown of every number. See Reorder suggestions.

August 2025

New purchase orders section. Purchase orders got their own list and detail pages with search, filters, editable line items, order splitting, receiving that writes stock back to Shopify, and an activity log. See the Purchase orders overview.
New suppliers section. Keep a supplier directory with contact details, terms, lead times, and costs, and map variants to suppliers in bulk. See the Suppliers overview.
Supplier data in the forecast. The forecast shows the primary supplier, minimum order quantity, and quantity on order, and reorder settings can pull lead time and costs straight from the supplier.

July 2025

Custom purchase order exports. Choose which product fields go into the exported Excel file and in what order. See Export templates.
Assemblified connection. Raw materials consumed by your builds flow into Logistified as demand, so forecasts account for them. See Integrations.

June 2025

Overview dashboard. The app home now shows inventory KPIs such as turnover, sell-through rate, and days on hand, plus ABC analysis, seasonal trends, and a data quality card. See the Overview.
Daily reorder email report. Logistified can email a daily report of items that are out of stock, overdue, or due to be reordered soon.
Minimum order quantity and pack size. Every variant can carry both, and purchase order quantities are checked against them. See Constraints.
Plans and billing. Logistified moved to paid plans with a trial, managed from a new billing page. See Billing.
