Create and save custom views

How to build a viewViewA reusable, named saved state — columns, filters, sort, location scope, and forecast settings (model, history period, growth amplifiers, safety stock). Views are the unit of reusable analysis across Logistified: they power the Forecast page, Notifications (which variants to alert on), Reports (which variants to email about), and PO creation (which variants to order from). Most operators build many views — one per real-world question (overdue reorders, slow movers, single-supplier batches) — and switch between them depending on what they're doing. • Forecast page open with variants populated.
  1. On the Forecast page, apply the filters you want — supplier, vendor, category, threshold filters, etc.
  2. Show / hide columns via the Columns popover.
  3. Sort by your preferred column.
  4. Click “Save view” → name it.
  5. Star the view if you’ll use it often.
  6. The view appears in the left sidebar.

I’m a buyer for the kitchen category. I want a view that shows only kitchen variants with reorder dates in the next 14 days, sorted by reorder date.

  • Filter: Category = Kitchen.
  • Filter: Reorder within 14 days.
  • Columns: SKU, Product / Variant Title, Inventory Quantity, Reorder Point, Days Until Reorder Point, Reorder Date, Actual Reorder Quantity, Supplier, Pack Size, MOQ.
  • Sort by: Reorder Date ascending.
  • Save as “Kitchen — Next 14 days.”
  • Star.
