CadenceExample
Daily”Every day at 08:00.”
Weekly”Every Tuesday at 09:00.”
Bi-weekly”Every other Tuesday at 09:00.”
Monthly”Around the 1st of each month at 07:00.”
Quarterly”Around the 1st of each quarter at 07:00.”

When you pick Weekly or Bi-weekly, a second dropdown appears asking for the Starting Weekday (Sunday through Saturday). If you leave it empty, the report will fire on the next matching weekday automatically.

Pick the hour and minute. Minutes are in 5-minute increments (00, 05, 10, …, 55).

You pick the timezone explicitly — the report is not auto-derived from your Shopify shop’s timezone. The picker offers 21 timezones:

UTC; US zones (ET, CT, MT, PT, AKT, HT); Europe (London, Paris, Berlin, Athens, Moscow); Asia (Dubai, India, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore); Australia (Sydney, Melbourne); Pacific (Auckland).

Edit any time. The next scheduled run reflects the new cadence.

If the system is briefly unavailable at the scheduled time, the alarm will catch up as soon as it can — typically within minutes. You’ll get the email a bit late.
