Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”Reports → Create Report. This opens a marketplace dialog listing the available report types.
- Pick a type. View Report or Purchase Order Report. (Supplier Reliability and ABC Analysis appear in the marketplace as “Coming Soon” — not yet selectable.) The type is locked once you save — to change types, create a new report.
- Name it. Short, recognisable. The name appears in the email subject line.
- Configure by type:
- View Report — pick the saved Forecast view, then toggle the dashboard sections you want: Overdue Reorders, Reorder Recommendations (with a horizon-days input, default 14), Coverage Summary, ABC Distribution, Supplier Breakdown. Most sections have an optional nested “show variants” toggle that lists each variant in the bucket.
- Purchase Order Report — pick which PO statuses to include (default: Sent / Confirmed / In Progress), toggle the Overdue Orders Alert, toggle the Arriving Soon section (with a days-ahead input, default 7), pick a sort order, and choose which sections to render (Quick Stats / Supplier Breakdown / Status Breakdown / PO Table).
- Add recipients. Pick recipients from your global recipient list. Recipients are added separately under Reports → Recipients with First Name, Last Name, and Email — there’s no inline “type an email” control inside the report itself.
- Set the cadence. Daily, Weekly (pick a starting weekday), Bi-weekly (pick a starting weekday), Monthly, or Quarterly. Plus a time-of-day (5-minute increments) and a timezone (picked from 21 supported zones).
- Save and activate. Toggle Enable this report. The status badge flips from “Inactive” to “Active” and the first email will arrive at the next scheduled time.
