Set up the Label Checker on a tablet

Enhanced plan
  • Enhanced plan.
  • A tablet with a camera.
  • A saved Forecast view listing what you expect to receive.
  1. P&H Cloud Platform (Beta) → Label Checking → click “Create session” (top-right).
  2. Name the session (e.g., “Receiving — Tuesday 2026-05-21”). Pick TTL (8 hours for a one-day shift). Optionally set credentials (tick “Auto-generate” to have Logistified pick a 12-character password, shown once).
  3. Click Next. Pick a saved Forecast view of expected variants (it’s used as-is, including its own location), or pick “Create (new) custom filters” and optionally set a location.
  4. Click “Generate QR code”. A QR code and URL appear.
  5. On the tablet, scan the QR or open the URL.
  6. Enter credentials if you set them.
  7. Sign in as an operator — pick your name and enter your PIN if you assigned operators, or just type your name.
  8. Scan a label — success sound plus green tick.
  9. Continue until done. (See Using the device for runs, target mode, and offline scanning.)
  10. Back in Logistified, click the PowerOff icon on the session row to revoke when the shift is over.

Tuesday shift: 200 variants expected, one tablet for the receiving station, 8-hour session with a 12-character auto-generated password. Operator scans labels for ~3 hours; finishes; I revoke from the admin.
