Set up the Label Checker on a tablet
Enhanced plan
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Enhanced plan.
- A tablet with a camera.
- A saved Forecast view listing what you expect to receive.
- P&H Cloud Platform (Beta) → Label Checking → click “Create session” (top-right).
- Name the session (e.g., “Receiving — Tuesday 2026-05-21”). Pick TTL (8 hours for a one-day shift). Optionally set credentials (tick “Auto-generate” to have Logistified pick a 12-character password, shown once).
- Click Next. Pick a saved Forecast view of expected variants (it’s used as-is, including its own location), or pick “Create (new) custom filters” and optionally set a location.
- Click “Generate QR code”. A QR code and URL appear.
- On the tablet, scan the QR or open the URL.
- Enter credentials if you set them.
- Sign in as an operator — pick your name and enter your PIN if you assigned operators, or just type your name.
- Scan a label — success sound plus green tick.
- Continue until done. (See Using the device for runs, target mode, and offline scanning.)
- Back in Logistified, click the PowerOff icon on the session row to revoke when the shift is over.
Worked example
Section titled “Worked example”Tuesday shift: 200 variants expected, one tablet for the receiving station, 8-hour session with a 12-character auto-generated password. Operator scans labels for ~3 hours; finishes; I revoke from the admin.
Common failure modes
