Item look-up
Item look-up answers one question: how many times has this item been scanned, and when? Scan a barcode or type a SKU and get a day-by-day breakdown for one label-checking session — useful for planning future production runs or auditing a specific item’s activity.

Opening item look-up
Section titled “Opening item look-up”Item look-up lives on the same page as Scan statistics — P&H Cloud Platform (Beta) → Label Checking → the Scan activity icon in a session row’s Actions column. The Item look-up card sits at the top of the day report, and stays visible once you’ve run a search.
Searching
Section titled “Searching”- Barcode or SKU. Scan the item with a hardware scanner, or type the code, into the search field and press Enter (or click Search). Toggle Barcode / SKU to tell Logistified which one you’re entering.
- Date range. Use a preset — This week, This month, This year, All time — or set custom From / To dates. Leaving the range open searches the whole session.
Reading the results
Section titled “Reading the results”- Summary tiles — total scans, successful scans, days with any scans, and unmatched scans (scans of that code that didn’t match anything in your catalog — see below).
- Item identity — the matched product’s name, SKU, and barcode, plus the timestamps of the first and last scan in range. If the same code is shared by more than one item in your catalog, results are split into a per-item table instead of being combined.
- Per-day table — one row per day with any activity, showing scans and successful scans, plus a Total row. Days with zero scans in the range are shown too, so gaps are visible rather than hidden.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export CSV downloads the results currently on screen — the per-day breakdown and the per-item split, if there is one.
Scope: one session at a time
Section titled “Scope: one session at a time”Item look-up only searches within the session you opened it from. Scans made in a different label-checking session live in that session’s own history and aren’t included — search each session separately if you need the full picture across more than one.
Item look-up keeps working even after a session has expired or been revoked, so you can still audit what it scanned after the fact.
