The three tiers at a glance
Section titled “The three tiers at a glance”| Tier | What you get |
|---|---|
| Essential | Forecast (7 models + Auto-select). Inventory. Suppliers. Purchase Orders (without constraint optimizer). Transfer Orders. |
| Enhanced | Everything in Essential, plus: Notifications. Reports. Holt and Seasonal forecast models. Cloud Platform (Beta). Supplier availability and supplier price-break configuration. |
| Elevate | Everything in Enhanced, plus: Return Orders (RMA). Supplier-held stock and Supplier Stock Releases. Supplier credit management. Constraint Studio and the Purchase Order Constraint Optimizer. |
Auto-select is always the recommended default — it picks the best-fitting model per variant from the models your plan unlocks. Pick a specific model manually only if you have a reason (e.g. you know a SKU is strongly seasonal).
For supplier workflows, the common split is: core supplier records and supplier-variant mapping are available on Essential, supplier availability and price breaks are configured on Enhanced, and supplier-held stock, Supplier Stock Releases, and supplier credit management are Elevate features.
For the complete feature matrix, see Reference → Subscription plans.
Picking a plan during onboarding
Section titled “Picking a plan during onboarding”The Onboarding wizard doesn’t ask you to pick a plan — Logistified starts on Essential by default. You can upgrade after onboarding from Settings → Billing.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Settings → Billing → “Upgrade” → choose tier → confirm via Shopify’s billing flow → return to Logistified. The new tier’s features unlock immediately.
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”Same flow, in reverse.
When you downgrade:
- Gated features paywall immediately. You can browse the corresponding sections but not modify.
- Your data is not deleted. Notification rules, reports, RMAs, and constraint rules stay in the database. They become inaccessible until you re-upgrade.
- Supplier supply data follows the same pattern: existing supplier availability, price breaks, supplier-held stock, stock-release history, and supplier credits are preserved, but lower plans may make those areas read-only or unavailable.
- Already-scheduled background jobs may run one more time before falling silent.
- If you re-upgrade, everything is right where you left it.
