Floormode warehouse execution

If your shop uses Floormode, our companion warehouse app, a transfer order can be handed to Floormode instead of following the ordinary Shipping & receiving flow. Floormode’s source warehouse team picks and dispatches the order. Each dispatch updates this transfer order automatically; physical receipt at the destination is recorded separately.

Sending a transfer order to Floormode

On an eligible transfer order’s Order & Items tab, a panel offers Send to Floormode. Sending only queues the plan — it doesn’t mark anything as dispatched yet. Open transfers in Floormode opens Floormode’s transfers list, where you can find the order.

Plan status and what each one means

The panel’s message tells you where the plan stands:

Status	What it means
Waiting for confirmation	Floormode hasn’t acknowledged the plan yet. Sending the request doesn’t mark goods as dispatched; source inventory remains protected.
Accepted	Floormode confirmed the plan. Its warehouse team can now pick and dispatch; each shipment updates this transfer order automatically.
Not accepted	Floormode rejected the plan and reports the reason. Fix the issue, then send it again.

Retrying and cancelling

Retry delivery — if Floormode hasn’t responded to the plan yet, send it again.
Retry source publication — once Floormode has accepted the plan, Logistified may still be catching up on confirming shipments or updating the origin side. The panel shows how many of those updates are pending, refused, or expired, and lets you retry the ones still eligible. Refused or expired stock updates are held for verification; this retry does not apply them again. Saved shipment confirmations can still be resent when eligible.
Cancel unshipped plan — cancels whatever Floormode hasn’t shipped yet. Anything already dispatched stays in transit; cancelling doesn’t return those goods to source stock or erase their shipment history.

Receiving shipment positions

Once Floormode has dispatched at least one shipment, Review shipment receipts opens a dialog listing shipped positions: the item, which shipment and position it belongs to, lot and expiry when tracked, how much was dispatched, and how much is still remaining.

To record a physical receipt:

Check off the positions you’re receiving. You can only select positions from one shipment at a time, and only ones Logistified is responsible for receiving — a position that Floormode itself receives shows a note instead of a checkbox.
Enter the quantity actually received for each checked position, up to what’s remaining.
Confirm the receipt. Your entry is saved before it’s sent, so if confirmation is interrupted — a dropped connection, an accidental reload — reopening the dialog in the same browser, with its saved data intact, picks up the same receipt so you can retry it without recording it twice. Retry it unchanged to resolve the outcome, or use Review quantities to discard it and start over once it’s safe to.

The dialog shows up to 100 positions across the transfer’s shipments and warns when more exist. Positions with quantity still to receive appear first. After a position is fully received and the list refreshes, another outstanding position can become visible. Receive only positions you can identify in the dialog; hidden positions are never selected automatically.

What still happens here

Create and plan the transfer in Logistified before sending it to Floormode. Once handed over, source picking and dispatch happen in Floormode, and ordinary shipping, splitting, and manual status changes cannot override that execution. Track shipment and receipt progress here, and use the Floormode panel for retries or cancellation. Record destination receipts in Logistified only when it is responsible for receiving; destinations handled by Floormode are received there.
