Variant detail

The variant detail page is the drill-down for one variant — current stock, the reorder math breakdown, the model ranking Auto computed for this variant, and the PO history. Reach it by clicking any variant title on the Forecast page.

Click any variant title on the Forecast page. The page opens with a back-link that preserves your originating view’s filter state — so when you’re done, you return to exactly where you were.

You can also reach the variant detail page from purchase orders, stock takes, and other places where a variant link appears.

  • A header with the variant image, SKU, variant title, primary supplier, and key metadata.
  • Three tabs: Overview, Models, Purchase Orders.

The default tab and the most-used. Three sections:

  1. Stat cards — In Stock (with an out-of-stock date if relevant), Days of Stock (with all incoming), and Selling Price.
  2. Supply Chain Management → Reorder Planning — the reorder columns laid out clearly: Reorder Point, Days Until Reorder Point, Days Overdue, Reorder Date (hover for the math), Reorder timing, Actual Reorder Quantity (hover for the math), EOQ, plus Back Orders / Lost Sales if applicable.
  3. Safety Stock Breakdown — the per-component math behind the reorder point: Base safety stock, Force-majeure SS (if enabled), Supplier SS, and Supplier reliability. This is the home for the full Reorder Point breakdown.
  4. Supply & Timeline — Lead time, MOQ, Pack Size, primary supplier name.

Useful for: investigating a surprising reorder suggestion and seeing the safety-stock numbers behind the reorder point.

A read-only model-ranking table. For each forecast model Logistified evaluated against this variant’s history, you see the model’s score and the internally-chosen parameters. Auto picks the top-ranked model.

There’s no model picker or parameter editor here — model choice is set at the view level (see Forecast models), and tuning is automatic. The Models tab is a diagnostic: why did Auto pick what it picked?
