Reporting (Beta)
Reporting (top nav → Reporting (Beta)) is a self-serve table and chart builder over your Logistified data — products, stock, purchase orders, and orders. Pick a report, filter and group it the way you want, and export the result. It’s different from Reports, which are scheduled emails: Reporting is the page you open and work in right now.

What Reporting shows
Section titled “What Reporting shows”Opening Reporting shows a hub of report cards — one per report type, covering products, stock on hand, low stock, ABC analysis, best/worst sellers, sale items, purchase orders and purchase order items, and stock-take discrepancies, plus scorecards for orders and profit. Click a card to open that report as a table (or, on the scorecards, a set of summary tiles).
Inside a report you get:
- Filters — narrow the rows before totals, tiles, and exports are calculated.
- Group by — collapse rows into totals by a dimension (for example, by supplier or vendor), or show one row per record.
- Columns — choose which columns are visible and in what order, from the Columns popover.
- Table or chart view — the same data as a table or a chart, where the report supports it.
- Views — save your filter, group, column, and sort combination as a view so it comes back next time. Built-in views ship with each report; save your own alongside them.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”Beyond that, every report supports:
- Export — download the current view as CSV or XLSX, or export just the rows you’ve selected.
- Saving a view — fork a built-in view into one of your own, or save changes to a view you already own.
Where to next
Section titled “Where to next”- Reports — scheduled email delivery of a saved view, on a recurring cadence.
- Line-item column views — the equivalent saved-column-view idea, applied to a single order’s line-item table.
