Receive inventory
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A PO in Confirmed or In Progress status.
- A Shopify-backed destination location if you want to push received stock to Shopify.
- Open the PO detail page. 2. Click “Receive Manually.” 3. Per line, enter the received quantity. 4. Save. The PO moves to Partially Received or Received. 5. Push on-hand to Shopify with “Sync to Shopify,” or use Quick Complete / Auto-sync when you want that push to happen as part of receiving.
Worked example
Section titled “Worked example”Partial receipt — supplier shipped 80 of 100 units. Enter 80 in the Received input on that line, save. PO moves to Partially Received. The remaining 20 units stay as pending until the next shipment.
Common failure modes

| Shopify on-hand didn’t update | Manual Receive records the receipt locally; on-hand is pushed only by Sync to Shopify, Auto-sync, or Quick Complete. | Run Sync to Shopify, then use Incoming reconciliation only if Shopify incoming still disagrees. |
| Over-received | The supplier shipped more than confirmed. Logistified allows the overage and flags it on the receive dialog. | Keep the extra on the PO if you accept it, or correct the receipt with Bulk Edit / Unreceive. |
