KPIs

The KPIs tab is the analytical view of your Overview page. It has three sections, top to bottom: the headline KPI tiles, an Inventory Health Status card, and a pair of analytics charts.

  • Section 1 — Key Performance Indicators
  • Section 2 — Inventory Health Status
  • Section 3 — Analytics Insights
  • The time window

Seven tiles arranged in two rows. Each tile shows one number, a one-line description, and a trend percentage comparing the past 30 days to the previous 30 days. The trend colour signals direction (green = up, red = down) — Logistified does not decide whether that’s good or bad; that depends on the metric.

The seven KPIs:

  • Inventory Turnover — how many times your inventory cycled in the period. Higher = leaner stock.
  • Sell-Through Rate — percentage of available inventory that sold in the period.
  • Avg. Inventory Value — average value of inventory held during the period, at cost.
  • Days On Hand — how many days of sales your average inventory covers. Your DOHDays on HandHow many days of demand your current stock covers, at the current sales rate. Lower DOH means stock is moving quickly; higher DOH means you may be over-stocked. Computed as `Average Inventory / COGS × 365`. Read more → .
  • Stock-to-Sales Ratio — end-of-period inventory divided by units sold. Higher = more days of cover.
  • Inventory Gap — percentage deviation from your target inventory levels.
  • Revenue Per Unit — average revenue per unit sold. A mix indicator.

A single card titled Inventory Health Status that scores your setup from 0 to 100 (Excellent / Good / Needs Attention / Critical) and breaks it down into four counters:

  • Missing SKUs — variants without a SKU set.
  • Missing Costs — variants without a unit cost.
  • Out of Stock — variants currently at zero on-hand. The card treats this as the highest-weight issue.
  • Inactive Items — variants marked inactive.

When a counter is greater than zero, a View link appears next to it that opens a Forecast view filtered to those exact variants. A separate Fix all data quality issues button at the bottom opens the highest-priority of the four.

The bottom of the tab has three components in two rows:

  • ABC Analysis (left) — pie chart of variant value contribution by tier. The “View All” link opens a Forecast view filtered to all A-tier variants. This is the only KPI-tab tile that clicks through to a pre-filtered Forecast view.
  • Product Feedback (right) — a small card for sending feedback to the product team.
  • SKU Revenue Distribution (full width, below) — a pie chart of every SKU’s share of revenue. Use it for a Pareto check.

The KPI tiles and Analytics Insights all use a fixed 30-day window, with the trend percentage comparing the past 30 days to the previous 30. This window is not configurable.

The ABC chart uses a separate lookback period that you can adjust at Settings → ABC Analysis. That setting only affects ABC tier classification — it does not change the seven KPI numbers above.

The Inventory Health Status counters are snapshots of the current state, not period averages, so they don’t depend on the window.
