Supply Orders

Tour of the Supply Orders section — the order types (PO, TO, Supplier Stock Releases, RMA, Manufacturing Orders), their lifecycles, and how they interact with Shopify inventory.

What’s on the Supply Orders page

The hub itself opens on a set of cards, one per order type, each showing how many are currently open and linking to that list:

• Purchase orders — buy stock from a supplier.
• Transfer orders — move stock between your own locations.
• Supplier stock releases — bring supplier-held stock into a warehouse. Elevate plan.
• Return orders — send stock back to a supplier and track the credit. Elevate plan.
• Manufacturing orders — plan builds and track production. Elevate plan.

Below the cards are two tabs:

• Continue Where You Left Off — the documents of each type you touched most recently.
• Orders — your Shopify customer orders, with filters and the actions that turn a selection into a purchase, transfer, or return order.
