Locations

A location in Logistified is a Shopify location — a warehouse, a retail store, a fulfilment hub. Logistified mirrors every active Shopify location and uses them throughout the app. You can also configure app-side render-time overrides for PDFs and labels.

Locations are managed in Settings → Locations — there is no Inventory page in the app.

Location attributes

Each location has:

Name
Address line 1 and 2
City, country, postal code
Phone
Active flag
Fulfilment-service flag

These mirror Shopify. Logistified never edits the upstream Shopify location — read-only on the Shopify side.

Location overrides

A location override lets you change how a location appears on PDFs and labels without touching Shopify. Render-time only.

Useful when:

The address on your shipping label needs to be different from your shop’s billing address.
You want a friendlier display name on supplier-facing documents.
A location is a warehouse with no public phone — use a different number for outgoing POs.

Setting an override

Settings → Locations → click a location → fill in override fields → save. The Shopify location stays untouched; the override applies when Logistified renders a PDF or label for that location.

Refresh from Shopify

Click “Refresh from Shopify” in Settings → Locations to pull the latest list. Useful after you’ve added or renamed a location in Shopify.
