Supplier performance
Logistified tracks how reliably each supplier delivers, then groups them into performance bucketsSupplier performance bucketA grouping based on the supplier's on-time-delivery rate — "Excellent" (95%+), "Good" (90–94%), "Needs improvement" (less than 90%), or "No data" (no completed POs yet). Read more → so you can spot patterns at a glance. Today the metric is one number: on-time delivery rate.

What performance means
Section titled “What performance means”The percentage of past POs from a supplier that arrived by the expected delivery date. Higher is better. Lower means you need more safety stock to compensate.
How it’s calculated
Section titled “How it’s calculated”For each closed PO from a supplier, Logistified compares the actual received date to the expected delivery date. The on-time rate is the fraction of POs that arrived on or before expected.
Computed continuously — every closed PO contributes one data point.
Performance buckets
Section titled “Performance buckets”The supplier list displays the rate as a bucket:
| Bucket | Threshold |
|---|---|
| Excellent | 95% or higher |
| Good | 90–94.99% |
| Needs improvement | Less than 90% |
| No data | Not enough completed POs to score |
How the forecast uses it
Section titled “How the forecast uses it”The reorder math can optionally factor in supplier reliabilitySupplier reliabilityA percentage you set manually on a supplier representing how reliably they deliver on time. Default off. Used by the forecast's reorder math only when the supplier-reliability setting is enabled on the view. Read more → when computing safety stock — a less-reliable supplier means a thicker cushion. Toggle in the forecast settings panel.
When the toggle is off, safety stock is based purely on demand variability.
Manual override
Section titled “Manual override”You can manually set a supplier’s on-time delivery rate (rare — usually you let Logistified compute it). Useful for new suppliers where the computed value isn’t yet meaningful, or when you have data from before Logistified started watching.
