Label Checker

Open a Cloud Platform session on a device. The device shows:

  • A list of variants you expect to receive (built from a saved Forecast view or an ad-hoc filter you defined in Logistified).
  • A scanner-friendly input — point a camera at a barcode, or scan with a hardware reader.
  • Visual feedback when a label matches an expected variant.
  • Audio feedback — a success sound on match, a failed-scan sound on miss.

Operators can sign in (by name, or by PIN if you’ve assigned operators), scan in named runs, switch between standard and count-to-target modes, and keep scanning even when Wi-Fi drops — scans queue on the device and sync automatically, and aren’t lost on reload. See Using the device for the full operator walkthrough.

A receiving operator at the warehouse:

  1. Opens the Cloud Platform link on their tablet.
  2. Scans the first incoming label.
  3. The app says “match” — green tick plus success sound. Move to next.
  4. A label doesn’t match — red mark plus failed-scan sound. Manually verify, contact supplier if needed.
  5. Continue until the expected list is fully checked.
  • Not a receiving flow into Shopify. Label Checker validates labels; the PO receiving flow (in Logistified admin) records what was actually received.
  • Not a stock counting tool. For stock takes, use Inventory → Stock takes.
