Email sending
Logistified sends supplier-facing emails (POs, reminders, supplier portal links) from a shared Logistified address. You don’t configure your own domain — instead you pick a prefix that identifies your shop, plus a sender name, reply-to addresses, and signature fields used by the email templates.

Sender address (prefix + sender name)
Section titled “Sender address (prefix + sender name)”Two fields drive the From address recipients see:
- Email Prefix — the part before
@. Logistified always sends from<prefix>@logistified.app; the domain is fixed. Pick something that identifies your shop, e.g.acme-orders.- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
- Must start and end with a letter or number.
- Up to 64 characters.
- The prefix must be unique across all Logistified shops — if the one you want is taken, pick another.
- Sender First Name + Sender Last Name — combined to form the display name your supplier sees next to the address. There’s no separate “From address” field; the address always comes from the prefix.
Reply-to addresses
Section titled “Reply-to addresses”When a supplier hits Reply in their mail client, the message should land in your inbox, not Logistified’s. The Reply-To Emails field is where you set that up.
- Add up to 10 email addresses. Each one is validated when you add it.
- Mail clients put every reply-to address in the To: field on Reply, so all listed people get the response.
- Order matters — some older email clients only honor the first address. Put the most important recipient first.
- Remove an address by clicking the
×next to its chip.
Signature
Section titled “Signature”These two fields populate the signature block at the bottom of templated emails (POs, reminders). They don’t get appended to free-text messages you type yourself.
- Phone Number — shown in the signature so suppliers can reach you by phone.
- Company / Signature Name — typically your store or legal entity name. Shown above or alongside the sender name in the signature block.
Saving changes
Section titled “Saving changes”Each card shows a Save Changes button only when you’ve actually edited something. Click it to persist. Changes apply to future sends; emails already queued use the values that were active when they were queued.
