What happens on downgrade

  • Your data is preserved.
  • Supplier availability, price breaks, supplier-held stock, stock-release history, supplier credits, RMAs, notifications, reports, and constraint rules are preserved even if a lower plan makes the area read-only or unavailable.
  • Background jobs may run one more cycle.
