What this shows
Section titled “What this shows”Your current subscription tier and the upgrade / downgrade controls.
Where Shopify reports a recurring charge for your shop, the page shows the price you’re actually paying — the amount and currency from the live subscription, with its billing interval, for example $290/year or $29/month — instead of a generic tier price. If Shopify hasn’t got a recurring amount to report (a trial, a development store, a subscription still settling), the page falls back to the tier’s list price.

Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”Settings → Billing → “Change plan” → Shopify charges flow → return to Logistified.
You can get here from anywhere a feature is gated: the settings navigation badges the sections that need a higher plan, and a gated page’s upgrade notice has an Upgrade plan link straight to this page. See Settings → Plan-gated pages.
When changes take effect
Section titled “When changes take effect”- Upgrades — immediate. New features unlock as soon as the Shopify charge is approved.
- Downgrades — most features paywall immediately. Background jobs (already-scheduled notifications, reports) may run once more before falling silent.
