Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”Settings → Billing → “Change plan” → Shopify charges flow → return to Logistified.
When changes take effect
Section titled “When changes take effect”- Upgrades — immediate. New features unlock as soon as the Shopify charge is approved.
- Downgrades — most features paywall immediately. Background jobs (already-scheduled notifications, reports) may run once more before falling silent.
